This ranch has been owned by the same family for more than 70 years and leased for the first time 2 years ago. We have great wildlife habitat throughout the ranch including spring fed creeks and ponds. We have abundant Whitetail/Mule Deer and are primarily interested in getting a deer lease put in place, but access to other wildlife could be negotiated.
