We are looking to add 2-3 experienced guns to our 860+/- acre year-round hunting lease in Elbert, Texas-Throckmorton County. We are a small group (3 guns currently) of long-time and very mature hunters that have been on this lease going into our 4th year. This property has 2 Tanks, and wildlife consisting of Deer, Hogs, Ducks, Dove, Crane, and Turkey.

Camp is established but you will need to carry in water and supply a generator if you would like to bring a camper. Looking to fill these spots with a great people who is looking for awesome friendships and wants to build memories with our families.

The cost is $4500 each ($3750 if a 3rd gun is added), with the spots available starting right now. We will have a scheduled day for you to come check the place out as well.
