The ranch is in its second year(23-24) of being open to the public for hunting.

We have water and electric hookups in a designated RV/camping area.

The lease will include 4000 acres: full access to 2700 acres of low fence and limited access to 1300 acres of high fence acres. The high fence area is part of our breeding program but that has been delayed a bit due to TPWD regs. This area is also under the MLD program so there is an expanded season here (Oct thru Feb) and you use our tags. Predator and cull hunts are included.

We feed year round but each lease can bring 2 blinds and 2 feeders if they like.

The seasonal lease is $10,000 and will get you 2 adults or 2 adults/2minors per lease, per hunt; we are also offering an annual lease($18,000) if you would like 12 month access for hunting and recreational use if that interests you.

The ranch is 35miles north of Roma and Rio Grande City in NW Starr Co.
Most map apps will get you to entrance if you enter Las Escobas Road and FM 649 in Rio grande city, tx. We are 2 hours from Laredo, 3 Hours from San Antonio and Corpus Christi, 6 hours from Houston.
