There is a cabin on the property with electricity, no water. There is a trailer. Steamboat Mountain Ranch is located south of Abilene. The ranch has seven mountains and is rugged terrain. You will need a 4 wheel drive pick-up or an ATV. It is a cattle ranch. Hunting is to be only from the stands. All stands are enclosed except the bow stand. There are feeders on all of the sites. They are filled with deer corn, Timers are set for 6:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Lessee is to furnish to the lessor the names and addresses and telephone numbers of the hunters. Eight point or better bucks are to be harvested. Hunters may have friends and relatives on the lease but they are not to hunt. The electricity is to be turned off when the cabin is not in use. No dogs are to be brought onto the ranch. There are three protein feeders on the property. Lessor will fill the protean feeders in January.
