The property is surrounded by big ranches and has deer proof fencing on three sides and the fourth is owned by the same owner and is under the same management program. All blinds and feed stations are on the property as well as corn and protein silos, walk in cooler, and work vehicles. The property has three earthen ponds as well as a water distribution system with wildlife watering stations at 1/2 mile intervals. Only 7-8 year old bucks harvested. Live weights of bucks 220 to 240 pounds.
