We are a family friendly MLD deer lease consisting of 5,300 acres east texas. Membership is $2500 yearly plus $350 for yearly minerals for one location. We are looking for some management minded hunters. We are not a party lease. We are looking for hunters that want to enjoy the outdoors and grow big bucks.
We are located in Colmesneil, Tx-
– one primitive camp
– One camp with water and electricity.
We average 150 acres/member.
Bag limit 1 trophy, 2 cull bucks, and one doe.
-Year round access
-membership includes you,your spouse and children 21 and under.
-The game warden has access and patrols the property
—NO HOG DOGS ALLOWED
