We are looking for 1 archery hunter who is interested in long term deer management. This is NOT a cheap lease. Lease fee plus expenses range between 5-6K per year. We are on a 365 day feed program and manage for 6. 5 yr old bucks. There are 9 total members on this portion of the ranch and we share all hunting areas (community lease). No guests except for immediate family. This is a serious lease for serious archery hunters. Year-round access. Camp site 12 miles from the lease with water and electric.
