We are looking for 4 experienced deer hunters to join our group. Total members is 8. We have leased this property for a long time. Near Quemado, TX. The property is MLD. High fenced on two sides. The ranch has roads throughout property. We currently have ~15 blinds/feeders. Many are combo deer blind with bow sets in brush or trees. The camp has 3 small houses. Two of the houses can be used by new members. We also have 2 RV hook-ups available. The barn has a walk-in cooler and 2 cleaning racks. We have a small tractor for mowing and moving equipment. Price includes lease fee, corn, permits, repairs and camp.
