1. 3 separate deer hunting parcels totaling 793 acres (1000 separate acres for pig and coyote hunting).
2. Land pretty much has it all including hardwoods, bottoms, rolling ridges, creeks, ponds and wheat fields.
3. We don not camp on our hunting properties. We have a 16-acre camp that has water and electricity with rv hookups installed. We are in the process of finishing a small 3D archery range at camp. (See Photos)
4. This is not a cheap lease 1.25 hours from Fort Worth. $3500 per member plus the feed bill which wasn’t cheap last year due to the drought. Total 6k including membership last year.
5. We run 11 feed stations year around. We use only the best Double Down Deer Feed protein
