1 gun or 1 immediate family. Only allowed 2 bucks three does per deer season. Two feeders and two cameras on property. One tree stand set up for an archery shot. You will be sharing lease with me and I will not take guests hunting during deer season. I also will be keeping game management in mind on my harvesting of deer. If you want the propery solely for yourself and immediate family we could negotiate a price. Game camera pictures and any game taken must have pics sent to the owner.
Unlimited hogs, varmints and birds in accordance with TPWD. We can negotiate guests for these hunts and no charge for your spouse or kids.
