Okay so the last duck I ate tasted like liver and mud. Of course that was a really long time ago. I decided to make stir fry out of the duck Talon and I shot last weekend. cut bacon in 1 inch pieces, threw it in the skillet, as it started browning I put in Zucchini squash, cut the duck into 1/4 inch strips added it, sprinkled garlic salt and blackened season, then added 1 pablano pepper,2 jalapenos,1/2 a red onion,1 can of cut pineapple, smoked summer sausage{with cheese and jalapeno}, and shrimp. simmered until duck was done! ummmmm GOOOOD!
