About 3:15 am I felt my recliner start swaying side to side.. I thought it was my dog Brandy bumping my recliner 'cause she needed to go outside. Turned on a table lamp, she's sitting on the couch all bug eyed. Then it hit me as to what had happened.

The mule deer population isn't that big until later in the winter when they get pushed out of the public lands. Average deer is 135-150".

He said 6 years ago too. The only "evidence" that would be acceptable to TPWD is scientific documentation. That's the only way that the TPWD would be safe.

Quote:“Here at Parks and Wildlife, we don’t have any evidence that Bigfoot exists,” Sinclair told FoxNews.com. “We don’t want to get drawn into the debate about it.” I'll bet.

I'm surprised that Chester Moore let them publish that article, since it is factually incorrect. Texas Fish & Game picked up the press release that John Lloyd Scarf had put out that mis-quoted the TPWD and took statement out of context. Scarf h

In unit 34....Get ready for a traffic jam! Probably more poachers in that unit than legal hunters! We hunted around the Weed area mostly.

Mostly open desert with cedar. Elevation is anywhere from 5000-7500 ft. A little easier terrain to tackle than in 34 but still has some hills and canyons. The mule deer population isn't that big until later in the winter when they get pushed out of t

Scott, has the TPWD determined the exact opening dates for dove season. The website is still showing "To Be Determined". If we are to start hunt on Sat. 9/1, will we be hunting in the morning on Sat.? Trying to get all dates pinned down

I have just drawn a deer muzzleloader hunt in unit 34 of New Mexico. Wondering if anyone has any advice on this hunt, if you have hunted this area or a good place to start. I believe the hunt is pretty early this year. Thanks in advance. 2xbrat
